Non-urgent advice: Wasted appointments last month
In January 2025, we made 9252 appointments available to patients. 3726 of these appointments were in-person.
Sadly, 358 of these in-person appointments were unattended.
Unfortunately, these wasted appointments means patients who need to be seen may struggle to do so. Wasted appointments also increase the overall wait times for patients to be seen.
