FREE mini health checks near you!

In partnership with FCMS, they are delivering FREE Mini Health Checks to our patients in the community on the FCMS Bus!

Having this health check will help to detect if you are at an increased risk of cardiovascular disease, such as a heart attack or a stroke.

Your health check will include:

• blood pressure check
• pulse check
• cholesterol test
• body mass index (BMI)

Mini health checks are for everyone over the age of 18 years. The team will provide you with results and advice on what to do in the event of any issue/s being identified.
